Applying to Knockalva Polytechnic College is easy and accessible. Prospective students may apply in person at the College or submit their application directly through our website, and our team is available to assist you every step of the way. Please note that a small application fee of $1,000 is applicable for applications.

Applicants are required to submit a completed application form (online, physically dropped off at our office or via email [email protected]). To apply prospects will need to submit  two (2) recommendation letters, their Tax Registration NUmber (TRN), Birth Certificate, 2 Passport-Sized Photographs, and any qualifications they may have. Applicants will be required to attend an interview. Knockalva Polytechnic College offers rolling enrollment for NCTVET and Occupational Associate Degree programmes, allowing students to apply at any time.

  1. Find Your Program: Look for programs offered at Knockalva on our website or on our social media platforms.
  2. Check Eligibility: Ensure you have the required CSEC (Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate) passes or equivalent qualifications for your chosen program.
  3. Create an Account: Set up an applicant profile on the online portal or download the application form below.
  4. Upload Documents: Submit scanned copies of:
    • Birth Certificate
    • CSEC/CXC results & other qualifications (if applicable for the program you are applying for)
    • 2 Passport-sized photos
    • 2 Recommendations
    • Tax Registration Number (TRN)
  5. Pay Fees: A processing fee of $1000  is usually required.
  6. Submit Application: Complete and submit your form online, directly to our registry or via email [email protected].
